Watching a cotton candy sunset from the banks of a lake framed with lush tropical landscaping, your peaceful evening is pierced with the calls of a sand hill crane flying above.  In the lake, a fish breaks the surface and a surprised turtle ducks beneath the rippling water.  Bricked streets lit by stylish lantern posts meander through neighborhoods of upscale homes.  This is Cory Lake Isles - an island-like paradise close to the amenities of the city.

The Cory Lake Isles POA & CDD are charged with maintaining the quality of living  that influenced our residents to choose to live here.  We hope you will find answers to questions you may have about living in Cory Lake Isles within the different sections of our website.  Many of our new residents are also new to Florida and, therefore, not familiar with some of the special rules, regulations, and challenges that face Florida residents.  We hope to address some of those issues here, too.  On our site, you will find:
